Overview Join Everstory Partners as the Manager, Acquisition Integrations, leading onboarding and integration of newly acquired cemetery and funeral home locations. You will translate transition plans into cross-functional work streams spanning HR, IT, trust/finance, operations, and legal. You'll manage the master integration plan, monitor milestones, and escalate risks to keep deals on track from close through stabilization. This role sits at the heart of our post-acquisition execution, enabling a seamless transition and-ready sites at go-live.

Responsibilities- Own and maintain the master integration plan and milestone tracker for each active acquisition, from signing through stabilization.
- Translate department onboarding requirements into a coordinated cross-functional workplan for each acquired location.
- Run recurring integration status meetings with department heads and leadership; maintain action-item logs and drive follow-through.
- Identify integration risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, and escalate with options for resolution.
- Track integration milestones and readiness across all workstreams through go-live and stabilization.
- Partner with the diligence team to assess operational readiness of targets and onboarding needs.
- Translate diligence findings into actionable integration plans for immediate execution at close.
- Flag integration risks discovered during diligence for leadership review before close; note financial/tax/trust diligence handled by Accounting/Finance.
- Serve as primary point of contact for department heads throughout the transition.
- Coordinate system conversion and migration activities, including cemetery/crematory management system migrations and payment platform transitions.
- Support employee hiring and training rollout at newly acquired locations with HR.
- Maintain a repeatable integration playbook and refine it after each acquisition.
- Prepare regular integration status updates for senior leadership; document decisions and outcomes for audit.
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in M&A integration, project/program management, operations, or management consulting
- Experience coordinating post-close integration workstreams in multi-site or multi-location settings (healthcare, funeral/cemetery, retail, hospitality, or similar regulated industries) preferred
- Familiarity with due diligence processes and handoff to execution preferred
- Proficiency with project-tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to acquired locations
