Overview In this role you lead the Manassas production operations site and support the MIC2 line of business. You drive factory execution, material planning, manufacturing engineering, and project management, partnering with Quality, Supply Chain, Production Operations, Sustainment, Engineering and Programs to ensure strong program execution. You manage 110 staff and oversee cross-site operations, risk mitigation, and external customer interfaces. This is a pivotal leadership role shaping delivery and performance in defense manufacturing.

Responsibilities- Lead site production operations and overall execution at the Manassas facility and support MIC2 line of business
- Oversee factory execution, material management, planning, manufacturing engineering and manufacturing project management
- Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Production Operations, Sustainment, Engineering and Programs to identify risks and improve performance
- Interface with external customers for manufacturing activities and drive program execution
- Directly report to Production Operations Director for multiple facilities and lead 110 employees
Key requirements- 10+ years of experience in Operations with leading production lines/factories
- Manufacturing project management, overhead and financial management experience
