Overview In this senior Project Manager role, you oversee the delivery of commercial building projects from planning through to groundbreaking and completion. You lead planning, coordination, and execution, engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders across multiple moving parts. You will travel to job sites 2-3 days per week to manage progress, quality, and team performance. You drive project reporting, scope clarification, procurement, contracts, change orders, cost control, and closeout to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This role blends leadership with hands-on project execution to support the company's construction objectives.
Responsibilities- Initiate and close out projects within scope
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and project team
- Plan and manage procurement of materials and services
- Create scope of work and contracts for subcontractors and vendors
- Estimate, prepare, and submit change orders
- Manage project costs and support project accounting updates
- Lead and coordinate project team members
- Produce and update project reporting and communications
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Maintain communication hierarchy and field reviews
- Conduct project meetings and participate in closeout procedures
- Travel to job sites 2-3 days per week
