Overview As Manager of AI Solutions within the Enterprise AI and Data Unit, you drive the design and deployment of AI initiatives that support the OAG's mission. You translate AI strategy into actionable solutions, oversee governance and security, and guide cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles. You will shape adoption of advanced AI models, partner with stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure measurable value and responsible AI practices. This role offers impact at scale within a public-sector environment.

Responsibilities- Steer AI adoption initiatives across the organization
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases
- Develop or adopt AI solutions aligned with strategic goals and security requirements
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integration strategies
- Apply governance, ethics, security, and best practices across AI projects
- Perform end-to-end business process analysis to find automation opportunities
- Translate business challenges into technical specs and AI-enabled solutions
- Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses for AI initiatives
- Build business cases to secure leadership buy-in
- Manage full lifecycle of AI projects from ideation to post-implementation review
- Define project plans, metrics, and milestones; track progress and mitigate risks
- Present updates and AI concepts to leadership; bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Design and deliver AI literacy training; drive adoption through change management
- Foster strategic partnerships with vendors and security teams; supervise staff
- Perform broader supervisory responsibilities and handle other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Nine years of broad IT experience with emphasis on AI engineering or related specialty
- At least five years in AI application solutions architecture or related technical role
