Overview As a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op, you will help enable the production of life-saving medical devices at ZOLL's Chelmsford HQ. You'll work with cross-functional teams to design fixtures, update documentation and work instructions, and support continuous improvement. The role combines hands-on CAD work with problem solving to improve quality, cost, and delivery. This is a mission-driven opportunity to contribute to critical EMS and hospital applications while learning in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities- Create and update production fixtures in CAD (SolidWorks)
- Update documentation and work instructions
- Conduct root cause investigations
- Plan and optimize floor layouts
- Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial and Quality engineering teams
- Support engineering changes and validation activities (a plus)
Key requirements- Willingness to work in cross-functional teams
- 3D CAD design using SolidWorks
- Interest in Lean/6Sigma methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to analyze diverse business/product concerns and propose actions
- Organize and present ideas clearly
