Overview In this role you will support nuclear design inspections and environmental management projects for the NRC, delivering risk-management solutions and technical assistance. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to set up and maintain inspection equipment, gather data, and coordinate logistics across sites in CONUS. Your contributions will help produce accurate inspection records and insights for stakeholders. Responsibilities- Set up and maintain inspection equipment, tools, and measurement devices
- Provide logistics support including transportation and site access for inspections
- Collect, organize, and manage inspection data
- Support technical experts in nuclear and mechanical engineering domains
- Document and report inspection findings and observations to ensure a thorough record
Key requirements- 5 years of experience in technical support roles, especially for nuclear inspections
- A relevant technical background in a related field
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to work in CONUS - Washington, DC and mid-Atlantic region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other tools
- Commitment to professional and ethical conduct
