Overview In this Process Engineer role, you will develop value-based technical solutions for mass transfer equipment across diverse industries. You join a cross-functional commercial team to ensure solutions meet customer specifications on time and with maximum value. You will own technical specifications from launch to completion, including hydraulic calculations and simulations, and you will refine proposals with customers. This is a hands-on role at a fast-paced company where engineering insight directly enables customer success and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities- Determine and anticipate customer expectations to provide value-based, technical solutions
- Coordinate with multiple Koch Engineered Solutions businesses to meet customer needs
- Lead quotes with customers, sales teams, estimators, engineering, purchasing, and operations
- Own hydraulic calculations, simulations and new arrangements aligned with customer specs
- Interact with customers to refine proposed solutions
- Ensure equipment is built to customer specifications with the execution team
- Develop tools and resources to improve knowledge sharing within the process engineering team
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Engineering, manufacturing, or plant operations experience
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
