Overview In this role you will provide strategic financial leadership to enable the function to achieve business goals and create shareholder value. You will work as part of the strategic leadership team to drive metrics, control costs, and partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams. You will address planning, budgeting, and performance analysis, tackling opportunities to improve processes and align initiatives with the company's mission. This role offers scope to shape financial strategy and impact the organization at scale.
Responsibilities- Understand the business and identify process and organizational improvements; plan and execute department objectives
- Participate in annual budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and ensure budget goals are met
- Review monthly metrics and provide financial planning recommendations for the function
- Lead and coordinate work teams to perform financial activities and track performance with metrics
- Ensure compliance of operational processes with policies
- Drive key functional financial metrics
- Develop strategic alliances with business partners and participate in cross-functional initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional communication with Finance, HR, Real Estate, Operations, and IS
Key requirements- Bachelor in related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation
