Overview In this role you partner with business leaders to drive SG&A planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation across a complex organization. You provide disciplined budget management, actionable analysis, and cross-functional financial guidance to support decision-making. Responsibilities- Lead SG&A budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning across functions and projects
- Consolidate SG&A data across a complex structure and deliver timely, aligned consolidated views
- Provide financial guidance to cross-functional and project teams, monitor performance, and identify risks/opportunities
- Develop recurring and ad hoc management reports and build Excel-based models to support planning, variance analysis, and executive reviews
- Identify and implement process improvements to standardize reporting, automate tasks, and improve planning efficiency
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A, cost analysis, or SG&A budgeting experience
- Experience supporting multiple teams or projects with competing deadlines in a matrixed organization
- Prior exposure to or familiarity with Oracle EBS is a plus
- Self-starter mindset
- Highly organized and proactive
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills (complex modeling, pivot tables, lookups)
- Financial modeling and data analysis
- Experience with Oracle EBS (preferred)
