Overview As OSCQ Finance Lead for the PATRIOT SSBU, you drive financial execution and strategic planning for key defense programs. You will lead a 20-25 person OSCQ finance team, partner with program leadership, and deliver rigorous analytics, EACs, and KPI reviews to support forecasting and long-range planning. This role sits at the intersection of operations, supply chain, and quality, enabling proactive risk assessment and performance improvements. You'll contribute to a mission-critical program portfolio in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities- Lead and develop a 20-25 person OSCQ Finance team
- Own quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) and detailed analytics across OSCQ scope
- Drive variance analysis, risk & opportunity assessment with program offices and factory
- Support operations labor forecasting, monthly forecast, AOP, and LRP
- Develop analysis for OSCQ KPIs and monthly reviews (PER/MBR/S&OP/S&Oe)
- Review quarterly CER metrics and impact on PATRIOT SSBU
Key requirements- University degree or equivalent experience with extensive relevant experience (10+ years)
- Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC) and cost/schedule management
- Management/leadership experience on high-visibility programs
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with Earned Value Management principles and processes
