• Directly manage commercial general liability, excess, and auto claims
• Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages with precision
• Pursue risk transfer opportunities and oversee litigation with panel counsel
• Ensure proper file setup, reserving, and compliance with procedures
• Contribute to claims handling strategies and participate in companywide committees
• Maintain adjuster licenses across applicable states

• Minimum of 7 years in commercial claims handling or related field
• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
