Responsibilities- Directly manage commercial general liability, excess, and auto claims
- Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages with precision
- Pursue risk transfer opportunities and oversee litigation with panel counsel
- Ensure proper file setup, reserving, and compliance with procedures
- Contribute to claims handling strategies and participate in companywide committees
- Maintain adjuster licenses across applicable states
Key requirements- Minimum of 7 years in commercial claims handling or related field
