Audit Partner

In this Audit Partner role, you will lead and grow the Charlotte assurance practice serving middle-market, private equity backed, and public companies. You'll leverage your professional network to drive business development and cross-functional collaboration across service lines. You will shape the strategy and execution of the Charlotte audit practice, coach talent, and drive performance metrics. This is a market-facing, entrepreneurial opportunity within a supportive, big-firm resource environment.

• Grow the practice by expanding services to existing clients and acquiring new ones
• Execute the Audit Service Line vision and strategy for Charlotte
• Develop and coach professionals, building a talent pipeline
• Foster collaboration across Service Line, Market Leaders, Shared Service Leaders, Advisory and Industry Leaders
• Drive economic results as evidenced by KPIs
• Engage in business development and leverage a strong professional network

• Active CPA license
• Experience with a large local, regional or national public accounting firm
• Demonstrated client service and business development skills leading to growth
