Overview As part of the Smart Storage Team in Allentown, you will lead the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001. You will establish, implement, and maintain quality processes, drive internal audits and management reviews, and promote QMS awareness across the organization. You will direct development and maintenance of quality standards, investigate customer issues, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. This role offers a hands-on path to shape quality across a global, tech-driven organization and its flagship brands.

Responsibilities- Establish and maintain the QMS per ISO 9001
- Plan, implement, and maintain quality standards, processes, and work instructions
- Lead management review meetings and promote QMS awareness
- Address customer needs (corrective actions, 8D, etc.) in a timely manner
- Maintain document control for critical QMS documents
- Set quality objectives and establish metrics to measure performance
- Review internal and external audit results
- Perform FMEA, SPC, and root cause problem solving
- Collaborate with manufacturing and other functions to resolve issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop project plans to drive change based on investigations and root cause analysis
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years of quality management in ISO manufacturing environments
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (willingness to obtain) or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred
- Experience with APQP, 8D, Six Sigma, and Corrective Action tools
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards
