Overview

As an HR Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to US Engineering teams, driving end-to-end talent outcomes from hiring to development and engagement. You will contribute to North America and Global Product Innovation initiatives, shaping a high-performing, agile organization. This role empowers you to blend strategy with hands-on execution, improving organizational health and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver impactful talent and culture programs that support growth and inclusion.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with workforce plans
  • Build trust-based relationships to enable transparent, collaborative communication
  • Drive talent and culture initiatives through consultation and alignment with enterprise strategies
  • Leverage Talent Center of Expertise to embed key initiatives
  • Plan and coach on organizational change management and communications
  • Develop robust talent management plans to close competency and knowledge gaps
  • Oversee recruitment to attract top talent and support early careers programs
  • Create and maintain talent management solutions (engagement, succession planning, learning and development, assessment, planning)
  • Monitor local market trends to tailor site-based HR strategies
  • Foster an experience-based talent culture and drive inclusion and high performance
  • Collaborate with leaders on effective communication and engagement plans
  • Use data to address turnover, spans of control, and other key indicators
  • Champion talent and culture initiatives across Global Product Innovation
Key requirements
  • Bachelor degree with progressive HR experience
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • HR change agent who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced settings
  • Strategic yet hands-on with long-term orientation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
  • Proven ability to partner across a global matrix organization
