Responsibilities- Serve as the go-to expert for international tax strategy and cross-border planning
- Lead and review U.S. international information reporting forms
- Provide data-driven tax analysis to support high-impact client projects
- Partner with business development to expand the client base and strengthen relationships
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients ensuring compliance and practical tax solutions
- Stay current on evolving international tax laws and regulations
- Mentor teammates and contribute to strategic problem-solving
- Lead and supervise multiple client engagements with effective team management
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of progressive international tax experience in public or industry settings
- Expert knowledge of U.S. inbound/outbound tax planning, foreign tax credits, FIRPTA, and tax treaties
- Strong understanding of U.S. withholding tax and international compliance
- Experience with transfer pricing and ASC 740
- Outstanding communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
