Overview In this role you will lead an interdisciplinary nuclear engineering effort for Kaleidos, guiding physics, shielding, safety analysis, I&C, and regulatory work from initial design through verification and licensing. You will bridge technical analysis with practical reactor design decisions, while mentoring engineers and coordinating cross-functional teams. The position sits at a mission-driven startup focused on portable, mass-produced microreactors and rapid deployment. This is an opportunity to shape the core of a first-of-a-kind system with significant impact across remote and critical-power applications.
