Overview In this role you will lead the Wideband MILSATCOM SEIT team to deliver end-to-end system engineering, integration, and test for satellites and ground segments. You will coordinate requirements, architecture, and verification plans while guiding program TPMs and readiness reviews. Collaborating with program management and chief engineering, you'll drive technical performance and ensure successful program execution. This is a mission-driven opportunity within Lockheed Martin Space to push toward resilient, next gen communications capabilities. You will help shape architecture, verification strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver mission-critical space systems.

Responsibilities- Lead SEIT activities across requirements management, system test and integration
- Maintain system architecture model and design documentation
- Establish and track TPMs and support readiness/reviews
- Oversee verification/validation planning and execution
- Coordinate with program manager, chief engineer, and IPT leads to enable program success
- Foster a culture that supports program success
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering-related field
- 15 years of Systems Engineering experience across multiple lifecycle phases
- Strong systems integration experience
- Experience with communications programs or programs with communications as a key aspect
- Space programs involving satellite and ground segments
- Leadership experience across program and functional teams
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Digital Engineering and MBSE
- Understanding of Risk and Opportunity Management
- Secret clearance (ability to obtain SCI)
