Overview As Regional Information Security Officer, you will lead the information security program for the Americas, aligning with global cybersecurity standards. You guide risk-based decisions, governance, and security operations to protect data and systems. You will drive secure-by-design practices, AI and cloud security, and resilience across business units. You work closely with BISOs, IT, Compliance, Legal, and senior leadership to enable secure, compliant growth.

Responsibilities- Develop and steer the enterprise cybersecurity strategy in line with business objectives
- Lead governance, policy, and compliance across security standards and regulations
- Oversee enterprise information-security program implementation and continuous improvement
- Support incident response, vulnerability management, and audit activities
- Coordinate with Global Cyber Security, Local Compliance, and BISOs to embed data protection
- Establish data-privacy controls and secure data handling
- Manage vendor risk and third-party security posture
- Drive security awareness and secure-by-design practices across the organization
- Oversee cloud security architecture and AI security governance
- Lead risk assessment, reporting, and metrics to executives
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years of overall work experience
- CISSP required; CCSP or AZ-500 recommended
- Strong background in cybersecurity with large-scale IT deployments
- Experience with Networking, Cloud apps, patch management, and server hardening
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required
