Overview

As Safety . Dean, you will oversee construction site safety, health, and risk management across multiple projects. You will develop site-specific safety plans, coordinate with the GC and owners, and lead the ORM process to ensure compliance and safe project execution. You will advise teams on S&H training, incident investigations, and risk mitigation strategies in a mission-critical environment. This role supports the company's focus on secure, reliable, and safe high-tech facilities and requires strong collaboration with project teams. You will help shape safety culture and drive practical safety improvements across programs.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management across multiple programs
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and APPs
  • Collaborate with Project Management to lead ORM and safety program execution
  • Coordinate with General Contractors and owners on site conditions and NCNs
  • Participate in meetings to communicate mitigation plans and training
  • Assist with incident investigations and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with project contracts, plans, and specifications
  • Lead safety planning based on specifications, drawings, regulations, and existing systems
Key requirements
  • 0+ years with a Bachelors Degree
  • 4+ years with an Associates Degree
  • 6+ years with a High School diploma
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance (1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1)
  • Safety Management Systems knowledge and experience
  • ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 3100 knowledge
  • OSHA Trainer Designation (e.g., OSHA 500/502) or willingness to pursue
  • Understanding of culture-building skills
  • Previous electrical/construction/industrial/federal and commercial S&H experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Top-Secret/SCI clearance
