Overview In this role you will lead global equity and long-term incentive program administration, ensuring accurate award processing, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. You will work closely with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Global Mobility to educate employees and optimize processes. The position supports SOX controls and financial accounting through data-driven reporting and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive improvements and automation to scale equity programs in a high-impact, corporate environment. Responsibilities- Execute end-to-end administration of global equity and LTI programs (grant issuance, vesting events, retirement eligibility, cash payouts)
- Accurately process equity transactions with global tax withholding and trailing liability tracking for mobile employees
- Prepare equity data for Proxy tables and related footnotes for disclosure
- Enforce SOX controls and maintain data integrity with internal equity policies
- Manage equity management platforms, perform cross-system data reconciliations, and support ASC 718 reporting
- Serve as SME for employee equity inquiries; develop educational materials on plan mechanics, vesting, and tax implications
- Partner with HR, Legal, Accounting, Payroll, and Global Mobility to implement policy enhancements and streamline workflows
- Identify and deploy process improvements and automation to reduce manual data entry and scale operations
Key requirements- 5+ years administering complex equity and incentive vehicles (RSUs, PSUs, LTI Cash, Dividend Equivalents) in a large public company
- Strong knowledge of SEC rules, U.S. tax regulations, and internal SOX controls; experience with international tax compliance and mobile employee tracking preferred
- Proficiency with enterprise equity management platforms, specifically Morgan Stanley at Work ShareWorks, SAP, and advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high data confidentiality and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
