Responsibilities- Lead the Transmission Pole Replacement Program delivery and governance
- Mentor schedulers and analysts to foster collaboration and development
- Develop bundled replacement projects to improve construction efficiency
- Coordinate planning, scheduling, engineering, procurement, and execution activities
- Manage program budgets, schedules, milestones, risks, and performance metrics
- Oversee permitting, materials procurement, outage planning, and pre-construction activities
- Facilitate project reviews, kickoff meetings, and governance milestones
- Coordinate contractor and stakeholder activities during construction
- Monitor performance and proactively resolve scope, cost, or schedule issues
- Provide program reporting, executive updates, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure closeout, documentation, and lessons learned per standards
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Permitting, or related discipline
- 5+ years in electric utility industry in project management, engineering, construction, contracts, operations, or related fields
- 5+ years in project financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of utility operations, engineering principles, and project delivery practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams
