Overview

As Sr. Financial Analyst, you will support company-wide forecasting, reporting, and strategic analyses to guide executive decision-making. You will partner with segment finance and corporate functions to improve performance and shareholder value. Your work spans global planning, variance analysis, and KPI development, with opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data visualization. This role offers a chance to influence financial storytelling across leadership and to contribute to centralizing finance processes. Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the CFO, ELT, and Board, including variance analyses and performance recommendations
  • Collaborate with segment finance to develop KPIs and align forecast assumptions
  • Consolidate and contribute to the annual global financial plan and rolling forecasts, driving forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency
  • Own forecasting roll-up and tie-out to plan vs. actual results across global and segment levels
  • Support Investor Relations with earnings material and related communications
  • Develop financial models and sensitivity analyses under various internal and external scenarios
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build credibility and drive process improvements
  • Lead or participate in ad hoc analyses and special projects, including transitioning to Central Finance and updating reporting processes
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Finance
  • Experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, accounting, or auditing
  • Strong understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and meet tight deadlines
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, BW, SAC, CFIN, or similar systems is a plus
  • Experience in the food ingredients or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • CPA or Masters is a plus
