Overview Senior Revenue Accountant at Sprinklr strengthens global revenue assurance across SaaS, services, and licensing models. You will advise on ASC 606 compliance for complex contracts and lead close processes with cross-functional partners. Responsibilities- Advise on ASC 606 application for complex customer arrangements and non-standard deals
- Analyze contracts to determine revenue recognition and document accounting conclusions
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities including reconciliations, analytics, and forecasting support
- Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, FP&A, Customer Success, and Ops to ensure accurate contract setup and reporting
- Identify revenue recognition risks and drive process improvements for scalability and compliance
- Prepare revenue-related schedules and disclosures for financial reporting
- Lead revenue accounting initiatives such as system implementations, automation, and ERP enhancements
- Define system requirements with business and tech partners and ensure policy alignment
- Execute user acceptance testing and change management for new systems
- Support audits with technical accounting, maintain SOX controls, and ensure policy compliance
- Mentor junior team members on revenue accounting processes and controls
Key requirements- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2-4 years in revenue accounting for SaaS/software/tech
- Strong ASC 606 knowledge with experience evaluating complex contracts
- Public accounting experience and/or experience at a publicly traded company preferred
- CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience owning components of monthly/quarterly close with minimal supervision
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data analysis, reconciliation)
- Experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management in multi-entity, multi-currency environments required
- Experience with RevPro, Salesforce CRM, Power BI or similar systems preferred
- Experience supporting ERP/revenue system implementations and automation initiatives
