Overview As a Tax Analyst at ADP, you will research and quantify tax credit opportunities for clients across industries and manage incentive databases. You will interpret federal and state programs, apply them to client scenarios, and communicate opportunities to senior leadership. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting senior staff, and ensuring service quality. Travel to client sites and building strong internal and external relationships are key aspects. You will contribute to revenue through consulting engagements while staying current on regulatory changes.
Responsibilities- Identify and assess new tax incentives and credits for existing clients
- Research opportunities and develop comprehensive documentation to support client benefits
- Maintain and enhance computerized client incentive databases
- Apply federal and state incentive programs to client situations and communicate findings to management
- Support senior analysts and managers on client projects
- Prepare and review client information requests; perform self-review/peer-review of deliverables
- Build positive relationships with government agencies, industry groups, and clients
- Travel to client sites for meetings and documentation gathering
- Ensure service level and quality targets are met or exceeded
- Forecast revenue and analyze data to inform planning
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Taxation, Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to verify and rectify financial/payroll data
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Access
