Responsibilities- Manage digital workflows from design through maintenance, integrating manufacturing deliverables into constructible models
- Define and enforce BIM Execution Plans and startup workflows for complex projects
- Lead coordination processes, clash detection, issue tracking, and weekly meetings across stakeholders
- Track project data, KPIs, and risk, delivering data-driven reports to leadership
- Oversee digital deliverables, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with project goals
- Develop and maintain dashboards, coordination docs, and tools for project visibility
- Support 3D/4D/5D/6D/7D model-based workflows and field-oriented digital processes
- Guide site-facing digital workflows (laser scanning, model validation, as-built verification)
- Capture and integrate scan/site data for QA/QC, progress tracking, and turnover readiness
- Provide training and mentorship on Digital Engineering tools and workflows
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with owner requirements, BIM Plans, and turnover standards
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5-10 years of progressive VDC/BIM/Digital Engineering experience with multi-project leadership
- Proven success leading VDC/digital efforts on concurrent projects or a large project
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction means, and model-based coordination
- Ability to identify and resolve coordination issues and drive teams to practical outcomes
- Proficiency with collaborative model management and coordination platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including training and presentation
- Working knowledge of 3D parametric modeling, quantity takeoff, clash detection, 4D simulation, and model visualization
- Experience with laser scanning/site capture tools; preferred
