Overview In this role you will define the RF technical vision across multiple product lines and lead development of advanced RF subsystems for next-gen semiconductor equipment. You will shape system architecture, guide technology strategy, and ensure engineering rigor from concept to manufacturing and field performance. You'll influence cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated RF solutions that drive customer and business outcomes. Responsibilities- Define RF system architecture, design strategy and long-term technology roadmap aligned to product objectives
- Direct RF development activities across RF subassemblies, system design, and integration into plasma delivery/control systems
- Set technical direction for high-power, high-voltage RF delivery and advanced subsystems
- Drive innovation in RF performance, reliability, manufacturability and cost optimization
- Build and mentor a high-performing RF engineering organization and leadership pipelines
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across global teams and ensure alignment with engineering processes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Power Electronics (or 12+ years with Master, 8+ years with PhD)
