Overview Senior SoC Architect to lead microarchitecture and system-level design for advanced ASIC/SoC solutions. You will collaborate with hardware and software teams to define specs, optimize memory and cache subsystems, and develop on-chip interconnects and NoC architectures. You'll contribute to RISC-V based processors and floating-point units, driving performance and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Lead microarchitecture design of complex SoC solutions
- Define system specifications with hardware and software teams
- Optimize memory and cache subsystems for performance
- Develop and validate on-chip interconnects and NoC architectures
- Contribute to RISC-V based processors and floating-point units
- Perform data path design and verification for reliability and efficiency
- Analyze performance metrics to identify design improvements
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience in SoC design and microarchitecture
- Strong understanding of ASIC design principles
- Proven experience in processor architecture and memory subsystem design
- Familiarity with Network-On-Chip (NoC) concepts and implementation
- Experience with RISC-V architecture and floating-point arithmetic design
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
