Overview In this role you will manage cradle-to-grave contract administration for a diverse set of government contracts, working as a key partner to program management and cross-functional teams. You will navigate RFP analysis, negotiations, and contract execution while ensuring compliance with policy, law, and contract terms. You'll build trusted relationships with internal and external customers and lead risk identification and change-management efforts. Responsibilities- Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for CPFF, CPFF-LOE, FFP, and T&M contracts
- Lead RFP analysis, proposal development, and internal reviews; negotiate terms and administer task orders
- Maintain contract compliance with requirements, policy, and laws; work independently or with a team
- Identify and mitigate contract risks; coordinate reviews per Leidos procedures
- Lead review and negotiation of Teaming Agreements, NDAs, licenses; prepare Contracts Volumes and OCI Plans
- Partner with program management to establish cost, schedule, and performance rhythms; support change management processes
Key requirements- BA degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Government contracting (FAR/DFAR) incl. FP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, LOE, IDIQ, GSA
- Strong business judgment; ability to multi-task and work independently
- Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph
