Overview In this role you support statistical programming for late-stage drug and vaccine projects, developing analysis and reporting deliverables across trials and regulatory submissions. You design and maintain statistical datasets for diverse stakeholders, and collaborate with statistics teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs. You will be the programming point of contact through the product lifecycle, applying advanced methodologies to enable global health achievements. This is a leadership role with project ownership and a focus on impactful, compliant analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities- Support statistical programming activities for late-stage clinical development projects
- Develop and execute analysis and reporting deliverables (datasets, tables, listings, figures) for trials and regulatory submissions
- Design and maintain cross-stakeholder statistical datasets
- Collaborate with statistics and project stakeholders to ensure efficient, high-quality outputs
- Serve as the statistical programming point of contact through the product lifecycle
- Apply state-of-the-art methodologies to enable regulatory approval and global health impact
- Lead one or more projects
Key requirements- Master's degree in a relevant field with 3 years in SAS programming in a clinical trial environment OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years in SAS programming in a clinical trial environment
- Experience with CDISC and ADaM standards
- Expertise in SAS and clinical trial programming (data steps, procedures, SAS/MACRO, SAS/GRAPH)
- Systems and database expertise
- Ability to interpret analysis plans and translate into programming tasks
- Understanding of statistical terminology and concepts; ability to think strategically and translate to tactical actions
- Ability to design statistical databases aligned with analysis/reporting needs and standards
- Familiarity with clinical data management concepts
- Effective interpersonal, written, oral, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and lead projects with stakeholder collaboration
