Overview In this CFO role, you will lead the finance and accounting functions to sustain Tenet's mission of delivering quality care. You will guide financial operations across the hospital, ensure robust regulatory and compliance reporting, and drive strategic planning and capital management. You will work with hospital leadership to align fiscal activities with the facility's goals and resource constraints, shaping cost-efficient systems and data-driven decisions. Responsibilities- Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

- Oversee Business Office, IT, Materials Management, Health Information Management, Pharmacy, and contracted services
- Direct interaction with Hospital Leadership Team, Governing Board, and Tenet/Senior Leaders
Key requirements- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
- Masters' Degree in Business, Accounting or Healthcare Administration and CPA (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years hospital financial management experience
- Experience managing multiple departments including all business office functions (required)
