Associate

In this role you represent clients in business litigation, shaping case strategy and guiding disputes from start to resolution. You provide legal advice, draft and file pleadings, and manage litigation files through trial if needed. You will conduct research, negotiate settlements, and advocate for clients in court or ADR settings, while collaborating with paralegals and support staff to drive favorable outcomes.

• Represent clients in business litigation including contract, commercial, and partnership disputes
• Provide legal advice and develop case strategies for favorable outcomes
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Manage litigation files from inception to resolution, including trial preparations
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Negotiate settlements, mediate disputes, and advocate in court or ADR forums
• Collaborate with internal teams (paralegals and legal assistants) for case support and management
