Responsibilities- Evaluate requirements and propose design options.
- Design algorithms using modern theory and proven techniques.
- Develop embedded software from prototype algorithms.
- Analyze designs to verify performance and functionality.
- Develop and execute software tests to ensure requirements compliance.
- Investigate results to identify root causes and fix issues.
- Prepare technical data, procedures, reports, manuals, and drawings.
- Communicate requirements and deliverables with customers and stakeholders.
- Serve as Guidance & Control Subject Matter Expert with deep domain knowledge.

Key requirements- Bachelor or higher in aerospace, electrical, or related field
- 10-15 years of engineering experience
- Strong MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C/C++ skills
- Experience with real-time software development tools and lifecycle
- Knowledge of trajectory optimization and optimal control
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience designing, developing, and validating real-time algorithms
