Responsibilities- Partner in strategic planning for design and transformation of the accounting and finance function to real-time financials across finance and accounting
- Drive process re-engineering to enable best-in-class AI solutions and processes
- Lead a team of six sigma belts to execute process re-engineering efforts
- Lead and/or participate in large-scale projects addressing new product process design for finance and accounting and other major initiatives addressing large-scale problems
Key requirements- 15+ years of experience in accounting/finance re-engineering or advisory services in accounting/finance
- Must have one of: Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or Big 4 Senior Manager experience in AI re-engineering
- 2+ years of AI re-engineering experience
- Expert knowledge of AI capabilities and technologies
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- Advanced communication skills with ability to document gaps and propose improvements in executive presentations
