Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Specialist - Retail Data Solutions & Delivery

In this role you will develop and optimize data-driven solutions to inform Retail Banking strategies. You will partner with business, product, and technology teams to deliver insights and support data initiatives, using modern data technologies and cloud platforms. You will translate business needs into analytical approaches, run testing activities, and drive continuous process improvements. • Analyze large datasets to support decision-making and performance insights
• Develop and deliver data-driven solutions for portfolio strategy and risk management
• Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and tech teams to design tests and reporting
• Support data governance, testing frameworks, and data quality controls
• Document requirements, create technical specifications, and execute UAT
• Leverage Generative AI tools and cloud platforms to accelerate analytics and delivery
• Establish baselines for strategies and monitor performance against targets
• Prepare and enhance standard reporting for product/portfolio reviews

• Experience with large, complex datasets for business decisions
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, or AWS
• Familiarity with at least one programming language and software development concepts
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud-based platforms
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements; strong technical writing
• Proven UAT execution and documentation experience
