Overview In this role you lead production teams to meet specifications, schedules and quality targets within Alcon's Manufacturing function. You will coordinate with cross-functional groups to develop schedules and allocate resources, while driving maintenance planning and continuous improvement. You'll foster a safe, performance-driven culture and develop talent to sustain operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes daily operations and people development in a fast-paced eyecare manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities- Oversee team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to processes
- Manage production activities including assembly, forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging to meet specs, schedules, targets and quality standards
- Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate labor/capital resources
- Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions
- Lead or participate in quality investigations and deliver continuous improvement
- Assure a safe work environment and develop pipeline talent
- Foster a culture of excellence by leading performance management, driving talent development, ensuring positive associate relations, enhancing engagement, recognizing achievements, and driving a strong safety culture
- Make day-to-day decisions affecting team members, directly impacting daily operations and team efficiency
