Overview In this Manager role, you lead a team of U.S. immigration attorneys and analysts to deliver high-volume, high-quality employment-based immigration services. You will provide strategic legal guidance, manage filings, and ensure excellent client service in a technology-enabled environment. You act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex concepts into actionable guidance and driving efficient, compliant processes. You'll contribute to business development and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with a strong ethical foundation.

Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day U.S. business immigration engagements ensuring timely, effective service
- Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. immigration law with sound judgement
- Translate complex legal concepts into clear guidance for corporate clients and foreign national employees
- Analyze agency trends and client contexts to offer practical recommendations
- Represent Vialto Law in client discussions with professionalism and empathy
- Support business development through thought leadership and client presentations
- Coach and mentor team members to foster collaboration and engagement
- Use data and reporting to monitor case progress and inform strategy
- Stay current on U.S. immigration developments and share insights with clients and team
- Uphold firm ethics and commitment to excellence in every engagement
Key requirements- 6+ years of U.S. business immigration experience including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, employment-based immigrant petitions, and AOS filings
- Licensed and admitted to practice law in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia
- Experience managing legal teams or supervising junior attorneys/analysts
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in leveraging technology and innovation to enhance client and employee experiences
- Familiarity with project management approaches and a collaborative, adaptable work style
