Overview Temporary Payroll Project Manager role supporting a global HCM/payroll transformation program. You will manage daily payroll workstream operations, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional coordination stay on track. The position involves coordinating with Payroll, ATLAS, Finance and tech teams, and preparing leadership updates. You'll work closely with payroll leadership to plan and execute key activities. Responsibilities- Manage payroll workstream plans across requirements, design and build preparation
- Track deliverables such as RTM, Fit/Gap, process design, and configuration drafts
- Maintain RAID logs, action logs, and design decisions
- Coordinate with Payroll, ATLAS, Finance, and technology teams
- Prepare executive-level updates and presentations for leadership
- Support payroll leadership in execution and planning
Key requirements- 7+ years of project management experience
- Experience in large transformation programs (ERP/HCM/Finance)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience preparing executive presentations (preferred)
- Experience in payroll or finance transformations (preferred)
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or similar platforms (preferred)
