Overview In this role you will build and lead the design recruiting function at Ramp, guiding full-cycle hiring for design, UX, and related roles during a hypergrowth phase. You will partner with design leadership and cross-functional partners to shape the design organization's growth and talent strategy. You'll own sourcing, pipeline development, and offers, driving a high-impact, candidate-focused process that scales with the company. Responsibilities- Partner with Product Design leaders and hiring managers to define what great designers look like at Ramp and how roles fit the roadmap
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for design hires from pipeline building to offers
- Own sourcing: create candidate pipelines, target passive candidates, and engage designers early
- Develop recruiting strategies aligned with rapid growth and limited resources
- Conduct market mapping to stay competitive for design talent
- Maintain pipeline data and provide insights to stakeholders
- Negotiate offers and close candidates who are excited to join Ramp
- Initiate projects to improve recruiting, candidate experience, data tracking, and collaboration with design partners
- Build strong internal and candidate relationships to present Ramp positively
Key requirements- 3+ years recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in Design/UX or creative/technical roles at fast-growing tech companies
- Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines from scratch
- Understanding of design-related profiles (Product Designer, UX Researcher, Design Systems) and what makes them successful
- Ability to articulate a role and the team, and to tell Ramp's unique story
