Overview In this Senior role, you will oversee treasury operations and payments workflows for client engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities- Oversee treasury operations including payment processing, funding requests, and cash positioning
- Review accounts payable activities for accuracy, timeliness, and internal control compliance
- Perform or review account and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure documentation and regulatory/client compliance across processes
- Create and maintain SOPs for client processes
- Contribute to automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Serve as a client-facing contact and provide financial reporting updates
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls to mitigate risk in disbursements
- Identify opportunities to improve service, workflows, and financial performance
- Assist with supervision, guidance, and training of staff; support teamwork across the organization
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- CPA or CTP certification preferred but not required
- 3-6+ years of experience in treasury operations, accounts payable, payment processing and funding, or related accounting/treasury services
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and within a team
