Responsibilities- Lead projects from concept through construction alongside multidisciplinary teams
- Support planning and design of parks, streetscapes, subdivisions, commercial developments, and public spaces
- Prepare site plans, grading concepts, planting plans, construction documents, renderings, and presentation materials
- Analyze site conditions including topography, drainage, utilities, environmental constraints, and zoning requirements
- Coordinate with design teams to develop creative and technically sound solutions
- Support permitting, bidding, and construction administration
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, schedules, and budgets
- Provide technical design support across project phases from planning to implementation
- Collaborate to deliver design solutions for communities across Ackerman-Estvold's footprint
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture (Master's preferred)
- Four or more years of progressive landscape architecture or land development experience
- Strong understanding of site design, grading, construction documentation, and development regulations
- Experience with multidisciplinary projects
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Professional license preferred, not required
