Overview

In this Senior HR Business Partner role, you will partner with Engineering leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies and actionable plans. You'll act as a trusted advisor on organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and manager capability, guiding complex HR matters in a fast-growing, AI-forward environment. You will own HR work streams for Engineering, shaping programs that boost performance, engagement, and talent outcomes. This is a high-impact role that connects HR strategy to engineering scale and company mission, with a clear path to measurable people outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Director+ Engineering leaders to translate priorities into people recommendations for NAMER client groups
  • Act as trusted advisor on organizational health, leadership effectiveness, performance, and manager capability
  • Coach and advise managers on complex HR matters including sensitive employee relations and performance challenges
  • Independently drive defined HRBP work streams from diagnosis to execution
  • Lead and improve core HR programs for Engineering (performance management, engagement, compensation cycles)
  • Leverage data and AI-enabled tools to improve insights and reduce manual work
  • Identify patterns in Engineering teams and propose practical HR process improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent, Compensation, Legal, People Ops, HR Systems, and regional HR teams to support NAMER Engineering leaders
Key requirements
  • 7+ years of HRBP experience
  • Broad HR expertise across performance management, employee relations, manager effectiveness, org design, talent development, compensation cycles
  • Experience building people programs and operating rhythms to improve leadership and organizational health
  • Strong business acumen to connect Engineering priorities with HR solutions
  • Data-driven ability to diagnose organizational health and shape leadership recommendations
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and know when to escalate
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to guide leaders through sensitive decisions
  • Experience in an AI-forward environment with hands-on use of AI-enabled tools to enhance HR execution
