Overview

In this role you'll shape and deliver global hiring strategies across COO, Wealth, and Alpha, leading a matrixed, international recruiting team. You'll drive pace, quality, and cost discipline with data-driven insights, while advancing Diversity & Inclusion. You'll partner with HR and senior leaders to align staffing with business priorities, consistently delivering high-impact hiring outcomes for critical roles.

Responsibilities
  • Lead global recruitment strategy across multiple business groups
  • Manage and develop an international team of recruiters
  • Partner with HRBPs and executive leadership to assess staffing needs and create hiring plans
  • Advise senior leaders on talent acquisition trends and demand shaping
  • Implement sourcing innovations to improve time-to-offer and cost efficiency
  • Monitor KPIs (time-to-offer, aged requisitions) and drive action plans
  • Maintain a selective portfolio of critical senior roles and participate hands-on when needed
  • Collaborate with Talent Mobility & Internal Recruiting to leverage internal talent pools
  • Engage stakeholders with competitive intelligence and continuous needs refinement
Key requirements
  • Significant experience leading talent acquisition in a global, complex organization
  • Proven track record hiring for technology, data, and wealth management roles
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and translate demand into hiring outcomes
  • Proficiency with HR technologies (e.g., Workday, applicant tracking systems)
  • Strong collaboration across geographic and organizational boundaries
  • Background in in-house talent acquisition within financial services or similarly regulated environments
  • Effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners
  • Strong leadership with track record in talent development and team management
