Overview

As the Community Affairs and Philanthropy Manager, you will lead global philanthropy programs and Foundation operations, aligning social initiatives with business priorities. You'll work with cross-functional teams to drive impact, employee engagement, and stakeholder partnerships, while ensuring governance, budgeting, and reporting rigor. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on program management across regions. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global community affairs and philanthropy strategy aligned with priorities and reputation goals
  • Identify emerging trends and partnerships to support business and brand objectives
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Company Foundation, including governance, grantmaking, and reporting
  • Manage charitable giving, sponsorships, and community investments within budgets and governance
  • Oversee employee volunteer programs and cross-functional engagement to boost participation
  • Coordinate activities across regions to ensure consistency and local relevance
  • Build relationships with business leaders and community partners to enhance impact
  • Create policies, processes, toolkits, and best practices for program execution
  • Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and funding allocation decisions
  • Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards to track impact and performance
  • Provide compliance and governance support for Foundation-related activities
Key requirements
  • Eight or more years of experience in corporate philanthropy, CSR, nonprofit management, communications, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in communications, public relations, nonprofit management, business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience developing and executing enterprise-level community affairs or stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Experience managing budgets, grants, sponsorships, and community investment programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities within budget and timelines
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
