Overview In this role you will lead funding payments and end-to-end AR operations for key Coca-Cola Foodservice accounts. You'll partner with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure accurate reimbursements, timely cash collection, and strong controls. You will monitor aging, disputes, and credit risks while driving improvements to reimbursement cycles and working capital. Your work empowers cross-functional teams to meet contractual timelines and strengthen financial performance. Responsibilities- Execute customer contracts with funding obligations to customers and franchisees
- Serve as main point of contact for funding and reimbursement inquiries from the sales team
- Provide ad hoc funding analyses for sales, customers, and finance
- Lead day-to-day AR operations: collections, cash application, dispute resolution, deductions, and reconciliations
- Monitor AR aging and risk indicators; track portfolio performance and delinquency
- Drive timely dispute resolution and past-due collections
- Support bad debt reviews and identify potential credit risks
- Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards; provide forecasting input for collections and receivables
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in Reimbursements, AR, Credit & Collections, Billing, Finance Operations, or OTC
- Experience leading teams and managing complex customer portfolios
- Strong expertise in collections, dispute management, deductions, cash application, and reconciling accounts
- Experience with ERP platforms (SAP preferred) and Power BI reporting
