Overview In this Finance Manager role, you partner with Revenue Cycle Management and IDTF Operations to guide financial decisions across the patient journey. You influence cash flow, productivity, and capacity planning for a 1,000-employee business. You'll build models, forecasts, and dashboards to illuminate drivers of performance and support scaling. Responsibilities- Act as the primary finance partner to Revenue Cycle Management, supporting cash collection goals, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with IDTF leadership across multiple service centers to support volume forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and analytical frameworks to reveal drivers of operational and financial performance
- Create and maintain executive dashboards and Power BI reporting solutions covering enrollment, deployment, throughput, cash collections, and financial performance
- Analyze the end-to-end financial journey from enrollment to deployment, revenue generation, and cash collection to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and planning for supported functions
- Validate and maintain data integrity across financial and operational reporting solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to operational, finance, and executive stakeholders
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, business analytics, or related disciplines
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Advanced Power BI and data visualization experience preferred
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis capabilities
