Responsibilities- Lead design efforts for projects in commercial, industrial, logistics, and interiors sectors, delivering innovative, client-focused solutions
- Oversee all project phases from concept to construction administration, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural and technical solutions
- Engage with clients as the primary contact for project communications
- Mentor junior architects and design staff to foster growth and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, and sustainability standards in project documentation
Key requirements- Bachelor's Architecture degree
- 6+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management or equivalent
- Licensed Architect in Texas
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp; visualization tools such as Enscape or Lumion
