Responsibilities- Develops methods to improve profitability by evaluating costs and benefits and exploring new opportunities
- Analyzes sales, expenses, and creates annual budget plans; monitors actuals vs projections
- Manages wage budgeting accuracy and efficiency; creates annual operating budget for the property
- Provides analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost-saving and productivity opportunities
- Implements controls to manage business risks and safeguard assets; ensures strong accounting and operations controls
- Monitors financial data and market trends; produces accurate forecasts and timely reports
- Ensures P&L accuracy and compliance with management contracts and SOPs
- Leads, guides, and communicates with teams to drive sound financial decisions
- Oversees audits (internal, external, regulatory) and maintains accountability across departments
- Manages cash flow and working capital in alignment with brand standards and owner requirements
- Ensures timely submission of reports and achievement of performance and budget goals
- Supports hiring, onboarding, and development of finance team members
- Maintains cross-functional collaboration to align operating and financial strategies
- Participates in meetings with owners and executive teams to address operating/financial issues
Key requirements- Bachelor in Finance and Accounting or related major; 3 years experience in finance/accounting OR Master in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year experience in finance/accounting
