Overview In this role you will provide strategic and operational contract support for Videojet's commercial activities, with a NA focus and global scope. You will partner with Sales, Service, Procurement, Product and Technology teams to negotiate and manage a high volume of contracts, including SaaS, tech and development agreements. You will help shape contracting processes and CLM capabilities to enable innovation and scalable growth. This is a fully remote role with periodic travel to Wood Dale, IL. You will impact product strategy, digital business models, and cross functional risk management.

Responsibilities- Review, draft, negotiate and manage a broad range of customer and supplier agreements (T&Cs, master agreements, service and maintenance, SaaS, NDAs, data protection, quality/change control)
- Serve as primary contracts resource for North America and support global agreements
- Negotiate routine to moderately complex agreements with escalation for highly complex issues
- Apply issue spotting, risk assessment, and practical problem solving to contracts
- Provide deep expertise in technology, SaaS contracting to support digital and AI-enabled models
- Structure and negotiate complex development, co-development, and supply agreements for product innovation
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, Product and Technology for timely reviews
- Lead continuous improvement of contracting operations, KPIs, and CLM system; own CLM reporting
- Develop and improve contracting processes, playbooks and templates for efficiency and scalability
- Advise cross-functional teams on contractual frameworks to enable innovation while managing risk
Key requirements- 10-12+ years of progressive experience negotiating commercial contracts for sales and procurement
- Strong experience with technology, software and SaaS agreements, including third-party paper
- Experience supporting product development, innovation, or strategic partnerships
- Bachelor's degree; JD preferred
- Experience supporting global or cross-border contracting is a plus
- Background in an industrial equipment manufacturer or similarly complex manufacturing environment preferred
