Overview As a Sr. Site Supervisor, you lead construction efforts to meet scope, budget, and schedule within large projects. You coordinate JCI resources and subcontractors, ensure quality and safety, and manage risks while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships. You'll work with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables, driving on-site performance and recoveries when needed. Responsibilities- Oversee total construction effort to meet scope, budget and schedule
- Supervise site activities with subcontractors on large projects ( $1M)
- Coordinate with other site contractors to ensure contract compliance
- Align project objectives with scope, budget, and schedule with the project team
- Ensure quality control and scope compliance through daily site inspections
- Submit regular progress updates and variance analysis for master plan/schedule
- Act as Project Safety program coordinator and allocate resources with Systems and Services Teams
- Resolve site conflicts and manage unforeseen conditions
- Coordinate facility access and ensure appropriate site-working environments
- Assist in risk management and develop recovery plans
- Ensure project documents comply with contract requirements and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, primes, and subcontractors
- Ensure subcontractors understand project expectations
Key requirements- Bachelor's/associate's degree preferred with 7 to 10 years of direct project coordination and supervision experience in Commercial and/or Industrial Building Construction Industry
- Proficient in project management processes and procedures
- Demonstrated excellence in coordination skills and ability to supervise large projects ( $1M) with diverse challenges
